MBM™ is recommended for teams or athletes in moments away from competitive activities.
Specific and very intense workouts are programmed for individual and group improvement of fundamentals. The courses are provided in the gyms of the teams.
CAMP
MBM™ participated in camps for years always resulting in novelty greatly appreciated by the campers. The exercises with the music heighten the rhythm of the workout as well as elevate enthusiasm and enjoyment.
MBM™ guarantees 6/8 hours of training with its instructors daily.
Training minimum of 2 days.
